Welcome to our Team of Chefs who between them have a wealth of knowledge and talent, all having worked in Michelin restaurants.

Malcolm Whybrow owner and Head Chef brings a vast experience of fine dining and being the first English restaurant to be included in the Michelin Guide 1981.

Please also note that as our seafood is freshly caught prices can fluctuate according to market conditions.
